1) M.C.G.M has agreed to grant the lease and clear the file and
formalities Lease are under process which are likely to be
completed in 1 months time after which work will commence on site

2) Proposal is delayed due to lease renewal procedure from BMC Estate

Department and which is expected shortly.

3) Piling work is in progress but due to went-of 750MM DIA piling

machine work is temporary on Hold

Note: - Due to amalgamation of adjoining property plans had to be

revised which are under final scrutiny for the approval. And are

expected in forth night time after which work will commence.
