CURRENT STATUS : -

1) Discussion with tenant regarding redevelopment in progress in positive direction and expected to sign agreement shortly after which project will commence.

OLD STATUS : -

1. Application made to MHADA for NOC U/sec - 33(7)

2. Negotiation with tenants finalised & tenant agreement taken for drafting.

3. NOC from E.E.T.& C. applied & awaited shortly.

4. CFO NOC applied & awaited shortly.

5. NOC from highrise applied & awaited shortly.

6. Negotiations have been finalized with tenants and shortly they will vacate for which funds may be required. Hence those investors / flat purchasers who have not taken LOA are requested to do so in a weeks time please.

7) Project Expected to commence in late August as major ownership dispute sorted out.

NOTE : - After receiving above NOC revised plan will be approved work
