CURRENT STATUS : -

1) Botawala (Sarah Tower) project cleared by Cheif Minister.Now only administrative formalities pending before L.O.I which is expected in fortnights time.

OLD STATUS : -

1. MHADA has forwarded plans to MCGM & is likely to be approved

shortly.

2. Plans under scrutiny by MCGM.

3. C.F.O NOC under process.

4. E.E.T. & C. under scrutiny expected shortly.

5. NOC for environmental Dept. for height above 70 Meter under

scrutiny & expected shortly.

6. Application submitted to High Power Committee for cluster

development u/sec 33(9) and is awaited shortly.

7. On receipt of above NOC work will commence on site.

8. MHADA allotting Transit Rooms to tenants.

9. Tenants are being allotted Transit accommodation by MHADA

and will vacate in a day or two.

10. MHADA will forcefully vacate them thereafter in Next Week

11. High Power Committee approved NOC.

12. Government NOD awaited.

13. MHADA NOC Received.

14. File Pending for final approval.

Note: - Local authorities have in principal okayed the plans and forwarded

the same to the various concerned department for their remark /

NOC which will be expected in forthnight time after which approval

will be given.
